Public Policy and Advocacy Statement

Woma Woma Ltd is committed to responsible, transparent and evidence-based advocacy aligned with our purpose: making women in the coffee supply chain more visible and better supported. We advocate for equitable, inclusive and sustainable trade practices that support positive outcomes for people and the environment.

Woma Woma does not currently engage in lobbying. If this changes, any lobbying or public policy advocacy will support positive social or environmental outcomes, remain consistent with our commitments on climate, human rights, inclusion and ethical business conduct, and refer where relevant to recognised frameworks such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Positions will be based on reliable, replicable evidence, including independent market research and reputable peer-reviewed scientific research where appropriate.

Woma Woma does not make financial or in-kind political contributions to political parties, candidates or campaigns; any change requires Board approval. All lobbying and advocacy will comply with applicable anti-corruption and bribery requirements.

Where Woma Woma works with trade associations, coalitions or other intermediary organisations, their lobbying positions will be reviewed for consistency with this statement and our purpose. If a conflict arises, Woma Woma will publicly state its position, explain how it is seeking to influence the organisation positively, and identify the 'red lines' that would lead to ending the relationship.

The Board of Directors is accountable for oversight and enforcement of this statement, reviews the statement and compliance with it annually, and must approve proposed lobbying, advocacy and intermediary activities before they proceed. Non-compliance risks will be monitored and corrective action taken where necessary.

Stakeholders may raise concerns about Woma Woma's business conduct, lobbying or advocacy through the company's Complaints and Concerns procedure at beans@womawoma.co.uk. Concerns raised in good faith will be handled responsibly, confidentially where appropriate, and without retaliation.

Formalised and approved by the board of directors on 1st October 2026
