DEI & Belonging Statement

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

At Woma Woma Ltd, we believe diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are essential to building a responsible and thoughtful business.

We value different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences because they strengthen decision-making, creativity and the way we serve our clients, suppliers and communities.

Woma Woma does not currently employ direct employees. However, our commitment to inclusion guides the way we work with suppliers, partners, contractors, freelancers, consultants, clients and the wider coffee supply chain.

We aim to:

  • Act fairly and without discrimination in our business relationships
  • Treat people with dignity and respect
  • Encourage open, honest and respectful communication
  • Support inclusive practices across our value chain
  • Seek partnerships that reflect our values
  • Champion women in coffee and help make their work more visible
  • Support female farmers through mentoring, sponsorship and partnership activity

Through our partnership with Bean Voyage, Woma Woma mentors and supports female farmers by helping provide access to farmer education, development opportunities and practical sponsorship, including support towards travel and flights where appropriate.

If Woma Woma employs staff in the future, we will aim to create a workplace where individuals feel respected, valued and able to contribute fully. We will comply with applicable UK employment and equality law and will review our practices as the business grows.

Inclusion is an ongoing commitment. We know it is not achieved through words alone, but through consistent decisions, fair relationships and a willingness to keep learning.

Formalised and approved by the board of directors on 1st June 2026.
